Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery date for store credit and must be in perfect condition to qualify. Once your item is approved for a return you will need to ship it back to us, then once we receive it you will be issued store credit. Purchases of seasonal, one of a kind, or clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable. A link is provided below to start the return process.
Purchases of furniture items are final sale and will be white glove delivered through our third party shipping company Metropolitan. Metropolitan will call to schedule delivery, then will call 24 hours the day before and then 30 minutes before arrival. Metropolitan's driver will wait for 15 minutes at no additional cost. However, any waiting time after the fist 15 minutes will be charged. Driver will not wait for any customer for more than 30 minutes. They will unpack your furniture and place it in the room of your choice (includes up to 2 flights of stairs) and remove debris. 30 minutes of light on-site assembly is included. Adult signature required. If an item is damaged upon arrival, refuse delivery and don't sign for it because claims will not be honored if you keep the damaged item at time of delivery.
Lighting may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us. Item(s) must be in brand new condition and packaged in original box. No installation can occur.
We reserve the right to deny a full refund for any items that are unsellable.
As of right now, we are only shipping to the continental United States. (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product and order. Information will be specified in each product description. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after 24 hours of order receipt. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.
We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. We strive to ship accessories within 3-5 business days and furniture within 14 business days.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit or defects in manufacturing are rare but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Please fully inspect your order at the time of delivery and notify any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 72 hours of receipt, so that we may address the issue as soon as possible and get a replacement shipped.

To start you return, click the link below.
From there you will need to login to your account:
1. In the email field, enter your email address and press continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent form our store and copy the six digit verification code.
3. Go back to our store website and enter the six digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If you order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After we receive your return, your store credit will be issued.
